Terms of Shared Asset Use:

• Wholesale Partner agrees that all images are owned exclusively by Utopian Coffee (UC) and Ruth Yaro photography. No transfer of ownership may take place through asset sharing.
• Utopian Coffee and Wholesale Partner agree to post approved images on the following platforms only: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest. Requests for additional platform use may be submitted to wholesale@utopiancoffee.com
• Modifications made by Wholesale Partner must be pre-approved by UC prior to posting on approved marketing platforms.
